Your privacy is ensured when you make a purchase from STW. We do not store any of your personal information, after we have shipped your order we automatically delete your name, address and email after 1 calendar month to allow for any customer service or product enquiries. We can also guarantee that you will never receive any unsolicited emails from us.
Under no circumstances will we release any of your personal details, order information or any other data to any third party. Your personal information is not provided to suppliers, partners, contractor or any others affiliated with STW. Staff at STW who are able to see your personal details are required to have signed a confidentiality agreement that restricts them discussing any STW customer details or order information.
Unless you sign up for an account with us none of your personal details are retained on our database. We request only the minimum personal details from you, and do not even require your real name. There is no record of your purchase apart from an order reference number that is only known to you. We will use your email address to communicate the status of the order, however our emails sent to you are extremely discreet. If you would rather not use your real email address you could easily create an anonymous email address through Hotmail or Gmail.
Our credit card and PayPal payment systems are in no way linked to our websites name, payment via either method will show ason your banking statement assuring your total discretion.
