If any product you purchase from STW is faulty, we will happily replace the item and pay the postage both ways. We find that most problems with products are related to batteries, not a fault with the toys. Before returning an item, please ensure:
Please ensure you try the tips above before sending a product back to us as you may need to pay return postage if the issue is battery related and not a fault of the product, or if the fault is due to the product being misused.
For obvious health and hygiene reasons we are strictly unable to accept any returns as once a product has been in your possession, unless the product is faulty. Please understand we have this policy in place to protect all our customers health and wellbeing.
